The Ranked list published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the above vacancy earmarked for communities, but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 01.02.2018 for Medical Officer (Visha) ISM (Category No. 432/2016, Gazette Date 30.12.2016). This is the Second NCA notification issued due to the paucity of candidates belonging to the SCCC and Dheevara communities after the issuance of First NCA Notification vide category No.29/2019, 30/2019 respectively published in the gazette dated :10.04.2019. Separate application should be sent for each category
  • Direct Recruitment ( From candidates belonging to the SCCC and Dheevara communities only) Note :- (1)Applications submitted by candidates belonging to communities other than the above communities will summarily be rejected. Individual communication regarding rejection of their application will not be issued. (2) Differently abled candidates with Hearing Impairment are not eligible to apply for this post.
  • 19-44. Only candidates born between 02.01.1976 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for the post.(Including the relaxation as per para 2(i) of the General Conditions) Note :- 19-46. For Candidates belonging to SCCC community, who have converted to Christianity from SC community after attaining 18 years and children of such parents are eligible to apply for this post. i.e. Only candidates born between 02.01.1974 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included). (For other conditions regarding age relaxation please See Para 2 of the General Conditions except 2(i))
  • 1 M.D(Ayurveda) Visha/Agadathantra awarded by a recognised University. 2 ‘A’ class registration in the Travancore - Cochin Medical Council. Note : 1. Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable 2. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification concerned. 3. In the case of difference in original Caste/Community claimed in the application and that entered on SSLC book, the candidates shall produce a Gazette Notification in this regard, along with Non Creamy Layer Certificate/ Community Certificate at the time of Certificate verification.
